Fire Commissioner Hoopman
Glenn Hoopman's past fire experience was with the paid fire department at Whidbey Island Naval Air Station & a volunteer with the Cornet Bay Fire Department at the North end of Whidbey Island. He was a firefighter/EMT with both departments and an instructor at the Washington Fire Academy at North Bend for Search & Rescue and Burn to Learn. He moved to Grapeview with his family in 1994 & enjoys the peace & serenity of the area tremendously. He is very serious about his community, its citizens and the Grapeview Fire Department.
